This is the rare Original Rockabilly LP WANDA JACKSON "There's A Party Goin' On LP - CAPITOL RECORDS ST-1511 Full Dimension Stereo, pressed in 1961. Original Rainbow labels are Excellent with minimal wear. Vinyl side 1 is overwhelmingly VG++ with a few light surface marks & a couple of small light hairlines (plays EX). It does have a scratch on the beginning of song 1 that causes a tick that is heard prior to the song starting and heard 2-3 revolutions into the song which makes it VG. Other than the early tick the whole side is VG++. Side 2 vinyl is also overwhelmingly VG++ with a few light surface marks & a couple of small light hairlines (plays EX). When the end of song 3 is Turning into song 4 there is a tick that is heard for 4 revolutions which makes the side VG/VG+. If it wasn't for the 4 revolution tick heard in between songs the whole side would be VG++. The jacket is VG+ with some very light shelf wear as pictured. there is a 1.5" split on the top & bottom open ends as pictured. the top 2 corners have very slight curves as pictured in the last photo. Light corner scuffs. Comes in generic inner sleeve. This Auction is only 3 days so do not delay bidding on this rare LP by the "Queen of Rockabilly".
