Columbia 4448-X

Artist: Orquesta Tipica del Norte Argentino - José Padula
Tracks: Azahares Tucumanos (zamba) / Me Gustan tus Ojos Negros (chacarera)

Interesting "northern" Argentine disc pressed in the US, with guitar, accordion and fiddles, doing a "chacarera" tune (what some call a northern version of the tango). José Luis Padula (1893-1945) had a career as a guitarist, composer, and bandleader. Ca. 1930 or so, I believe.

Condition: EE- (solid condition with light wear and a couple light marks, but 2 long lams on one side that sound a little)

I will be selling a lot of amazing discs from around the world in the coming months. Please bookmark me and check back in.

Shipping:

US buyers:
For 1-3 78s, price is $4.

International buyers:
Please wait for my invoice, as shipping must be calculated by distance and weight. I will not use the eBay Global Shipping Center for international shipping. Feel free to bid if you are an international buyer and standard shipping costs will apply.

NOTE: Because of the cost of good, new packing supplies, I must add a handling cost of $3.50 to each box.
