I use Australia Post’s eParcel service. My commitment is to post within 24-48 hours, with the exception of weekends and public holidays. After your purchase has been despatched from The Groovy Guru Lair the usual Australia Post time frames apply. I do not profit from shipping costs. If you feel I’ve overcharged you, please contact me to resolve the problem – I hate companies who profit from shipping and I’ll be happy to refund any extras paid. Please be aware that I charge a small $1.50 packaging materials fee on all my listings with the exception of pick-ups. All delicate items are packed with bubble wrap and mic pac (poly peanuts) to prevent breakages in transit. I’m a greenie at heart so, where I can, I recycle boxes, bubble wrap and other packaging for a cleaner world.
For Australian Postage. ReturnsIf you’re not completely 100% happy with your purchase, please return it for a full refund. If you’ve changed your mind, you’ll be required to pay both sets of postage. In the unfortunate case of the item being faulty, I’ll happily refund the entire amount including the return postage.
