Black Flag Nervous Breakdown 4 Song EP w/Pic Sleeve VG+, LA Punk KBD. Sleeve is still in original clear plastic sleeve with flap. SST sticker still attached - see photo. Pic Sleeve has minor bends typical of this issue, which is very fragile. Record is visually graded VG+ due to some scuffing on Side B. Otherwise clean and attractive - I bought this when it came out.
