CONCESSION TO 1989 WAS THE "MPL Communications"  CREDIT AND JUGGLING MAN LOGO.

ORIGINAL 1989 EMI PLAIN BLACK  SLEEVE, WITH A DIE-CUT CENTRE AND TWO VERTICAL FLIPBACK EDGES ON THE
  FRONT.  ONLY A LIGHT RECORD IMPRESSION AND A FEW RELATED LIGHT CREASES / RIPPLES. 
  THE SLEEVE IS IN NEAR CONDITION.

 
THE RECORD HAS NEVER BEEN NEVER  PLAYED, THE SLIGHTLY TEXTURED LABELS DO NOT HAVE ANY SPINDLE
TRACES AS MY LABEL PICTURES CLEARLY SHOW .  THE VERY NATURE OF A DEMO WAS TO BE EXAMINED EVEN IF
UNPLAYED, BUT IF IT WAS HANDLED ANY TRACES ARE NEAR INVISIBLE/INVISIBLE .  A DEEPLY GLOSSY RECORD
AND BOTH SIDE'S LABELS ARE AS IMMACULATE AS THE VINYL.

After experiencing such phenomenal success with Wings in the 1970's, moving into the 1980's saw Paul on the crest of a wave, but
musical genius or not, he could not rest on his laurels when the record buying public are so unforgiving.   It seems ludicrous to
say that, because the album "My Brave Face" originated from was the superb "Flowers In The Dirt," the B-side "Flying To My Home"
was exclusive to the single and not on the album.  Almost every song that was on the LP had potential for releasing as a single,
several were, but the fact is, "Flowers in the Dirt" was Paul's come-back album for several reasons. His previous "Press to Play"
was released three years before in 1986 and in spite of the stinging press criticism, it made No.8 in the UK charts, in between
  all that, was a "Best Of" was released, a  great double album and "All The Best" shot up to No.1.   "Once Upon A Long Ago" was the
  only new material and a 1987 single,  all the rumours about him 'drying up' and being 'washed up,' found Paul prepared to make
  sure this his next album was going to be something very special.  Maybe missing John and with the door slammed on any chance of
  ever working together outside of rock & roll heaven, he formed a partnership with Elvis Costello for the writing and performing.
   When Paul meant business, that genius was dusted off and no rushed out tracks would represent his recordings, exceeding the
  "Sgt Pepper" sessions  by a year, eighteen months went into making "Flowers In The Dirt".  Both "My Brave Face" and the B-side
  "Flying To My Home" were co- written by Paul and Elvis Costello and recorded during those September 1987 sessions.  Not only
  Elvis Costello as his collaborator, Paul and Linda were close friends with Pink Floyd's David Gilmour and Dave distinctive guitar
  added to the album's painstakingly constructed sound, but songs above all make an album.  The praise for his songwriting was
  immense and the term "Beatlesque" appeared in most reviews, Paul used several different record producers as well and that gave
  real colour and flavour to the resulting sound of the recordings.  This "My Brave Face"/ "Flying To My Home" Demo was effective
  enough to help send the standard pressing single to No.18, only this particular copy was never played by a DJ or by anyone else,
  so I will leave it it has been for 27 years, unplayed by myself.

We have kept all our charges at the same level for years now, but due to the Post Office's new price increases, regretfully we
will have to increase the cost of LP's, however, singles will remain unchanged.  Ebay were aware of that happening and have
  increased their minimum postal cost for LP's to £7.00, that figure has been enforced by the UK Post Office and it will become
our UK First Class, Recorded Delivery cost for albums up to the value of £46.  A temporary reduction this week means we can
now post LP's for £5, but who knows how long before the Post Office return to £7?

For LP's valued above £46, the cost will be £9, we are unhappy about either increase but our high standard of packaging has meant
in 13 years of ebay trading, there has not been one record damaged, we are determined to maintain that in the present and future.
