This baby is NEAR MINT Condition. The records were played only once to record onto cassette and never touched again. This has been stored in my husband's collection for many years. Comes in original sleeves. Sleeves are in near mint condition as well.  This includes a booklet that came with the records and it also is in mint condition. 1985 original live recording
