Twitching Tongues first release and single from their album Sleep Therapy for "Insame and Inhumane." Has "Voluntary Confinement" on the B-side as well as a cover of Pentagram's "Forever My Queen." Long OOP 7" limited to just 305 copies and was never repressed.
