Rare original misfit record, cover is excellent, no splits etc, has some very slight creasing in places, both inserts are mint, vinyl is excellent, does have a slight warp, doesn't effect play but lifts up to one side approx 1mm when rotating. As this is a pressure warp it could be corrected over time with pressure applied in the opposite direction.
