Records are graded visually and the grading scale is included in this description. We do not have a record cleaner so the previous use is obvious and authentic. We clean an an item enough to sufficiently determine defects, and describe accurately. If there is a lot of grunge, we leave it..and will tell you. There will be lots of photographs in most cases and an enlargement feature which tells the story on any item better than any words. On the rare chance that we miss something, the buyer may return item for a full refund minus shipping if they contact us within 3 days of receiving their item and the item is returned within 14 days. VG Very Good - a used, reasonable copy There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice. VG- Very Good Minus - significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
