Mega Rare LP of Chet Baker - Chet Baker Sings (Pacific Jazz 1222 - mono) Original 1950s black labels with deep groove on both sides - NOT a current re-issue! Baker's best also features Lawrence Marable, Russ Freeman and others in an acknowledged classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is VG+ condition with marks that will make some noise and with much if not most of the original shine - not for the audiophile, but not trashed either - still, you will hear some noise on this one. The cover is in strong VG++ condition (close to Near Mint) with light age/shelf wear, but NO splits, NO tape, NO writing, NO stickers, NO stamps. Not perfect, but still one of the rarest and most sought after modern jazz LPs of the era.
The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world).Shipping discounts available for multiple items sent together to any country.
Mailing costs have gone up. Postal rates have increased dramatically, the cost of record mailers has increased and e-bay now charges a fee for mailing - in addition to Paypal’s fees on mailing payments. I have done what I can to keep mailing costs down, but I have no control over these increases.
