I'm not a record collector however I can tell you the records look to be in very good condition with only very light wear as the previous owner took good care of his records.
The sleeves show some wear . Some have a little more than others... A few have a little bit of splitting on the top and bottom edges and others just have light wear.
These are from a non-smoking home
