The outer sleeve has a taped on insert, which has been taped over the original tape which has left visible brown marks. The insert is in fair condition, some of the purple is faded, no tears. The top edge has a 1 1/2 inch split on the opening side, otherwise it is clean. The spine has no splits but has has a brownish color. The lower edge is clean but has a split on opening side. The rear of sleeve has tape marks and is discolored on the edges.
The vinyl shows some light to medium scratches. Side one has four non reapeating skips on the intro to breathe, with some light crackling. Side two plays good with 4 pops in succession. The recording quality and level is better than average for a bootleg from this era. Label side one is clean, side two shows some marks around the spindle area. The original inner sleeve not available, will ship in a new poly inner sleeve.

There could be a possibility this is an Italian release, with so many variations of this issue, it is hard to know for sure. This is a more rare issue with the green insert with purple graphics.
