I work hard to make sure my items are priced below like items.  I want my items to sell quickly, and don’t want price to be the reason they don’t sell.

If you see an item priced lower somewhere else simply copy and paste the listing in a message and I will work to match the price if possible.  I am willing to negotiate if you come to me with the information showing my item is not priced right.

I offer One (1) Day Shipping, BUT in most cases if I have an order to fill before 7:30 AM Central Time I will get it shipped that same day.  On Saturday, unless I am out of town, if an order is p laced by 3:00 PM, I will get it shipped that day. (I have to have my packages to the Post Office by 4:30 PM)

When you get your item please let me know if there are ANY issues or anything I can do to make you 100 percent satisfied.

If there is something wrong with the item, when emailing please give details/photos of what is wrong AND what you want to make it right. If you want a partial refund please speed the process up and suggest what you would like to make it right. I am very quick to respond to emails. I will do my best to fix any issue that may arise
