-COVER:  mild surface & edge wear made obvious by the black background / a couple of stress lines radiating from the spine / no splits or any other significant flaws / one small indentation in the front / NOTE:  '"fm" is stamped on the lower left back corner - if anyone knows what that is, please let me know, lol 
-INNER SLEEVE:  die cut sleeve / clean / no splits
