Elly Ney interprets works of Beethoven, Brahms, Schubert, Mendessohn-Bartholdy, Schumann & Chopin

German Colosseum mono & stereo pressings from 1968. All of the three LP-boxes that were issued on occasion of Elly Ney's 85th birthday.

Vol. 1 contains four 12-inch-LPs and one 10-inch LP.

Vol.2 contains four 12-inch LPs, one 10-inch LP and one 7-inch single.

Vol.3 contains four 12-inch LPs and three 7-inch singles.

Box 1 contains two booklets, one small Colosseum catalogue and a postcard that may have an original Elly Ney signature. But I‘m not entirely sure about that.

Box 2 contains one booklet, box 3 contains two booklets.

Could be the first time that all three boxes are offered in one auction.

Condition Boxes: VG+ to EX. Some rubbing from storage on both fronts and backs.

Condition Vinyl: EX to NM. Condition varies a bit. Many discs have never been played and could easily be graded mint.

          Some show signs of usage with a couple of paperscuffs and rather grade EX. All in all in very well preserved complete set.

- Most LPs receive new antistatic innersleeves (in addition to the original ones, which of course are also provided). I, however, don't add new sleeves, if the original ones seem fitting.

A note about my record-grading:

I usually only visually grade the LPs under strong light and I only playgrade them ( i.e. the portions that seem to have signs of usage), if I can't be sure of their actual condition.
If records show stronger signs of soiling I'll professionally clean them (Okki Nokki RCM), but I'm not doing this if it's obviously only dust, as I know that collectors usually prefer their
very own way of record-cleaning.

My goal is to always decribe the records appropriately and I will name every visible and/or audible defect in my detailed description. If regardless of my precautions
you should ever be dissatisfied with the condition of a record, please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback to give me the chance to resolve your query.
I'm confident, however, that this will hardly ever be the case. I've been selling records for many years now and so far complaints fortunately have been the utter exception!
