Mainstream - Quiet Sun (1975) Help/Island Records (UK) - Vinyl LP - cat. no. HELP 19
The vinyl is in excellent condition - it looks just great when held to the light and is without any surface marks or scratches. I bought it when it was released so it can't be anything other than a first UK pressing. There is some very slight evidence 'ringing' on the back cover and a little discolouration around the edges of the back cover too. The front cover is almost perfect and the spine is in superb condition. There is a bespoke inner sleeve made of hard card featuring a B&W sun design. There is some minor discolouration of the inner sleeve - akin to 'foxing' on old prints. The record label is predominantly black and prone to collecting fingerprints! One owner only.
The HELP label was a budget label on which Island introduced Eno's 'Discrete Music' and Fripp & Eno's LPs, among others. It must have had a bit of a Roxy side-projects thing going on for here is Manzanera's band, Quiet Sun, making its debut. A pretty cool debut it was too - feat. Bill MacCormick, later to join Robert Wyatt's Matching Mole.

I have sold many LPs on eBay. I package them very carefully  and charge P&P at cost. I would never knowingly mislead with my description but should any problem arise, please tell me and I am sure that we will be able to resolve it. I will offer a full refund should any buyer be really unhappy – but this has never yet happened and my feedback is excellent.
