This is Last September's Farewell Kiss b/w Signs by Northern Picture Library, released in 1994 as a 7-inch single by Sarah Records in the UK (SARAH 95). The record is in a generic white sleeve within printed paper outer sleeve that is open on three sides, and is accompanied by a Sarah Records catalog sheet.
The vinyl and sleeve are in Excellent condition, with minimal curling at the top of the sleeve.
