This is Paris b/w Norfolk Windmills by Northern Picture Library, released in 1994 as a 7-inch single by Sarah Records in the UK (SARAH 94). The record is in a generic white sleeve within printed paper outer sleeve that is open on three sides, and is accompanied by a Sarah Records catalog sheet.
The vinyl and sleeve are in Excellent condition; the vinyl with light scuff streaks that do not affect play, and the cover with minimal curling at the top.
