Awesome mega-rare musique concrete sound collage made out of field recordings of New York City's waterfronts - fog horns, engines, bells, waves, bridges, construction workers and their machines, etc. - "rearranged, mixed, played against one-another, built into rich and complex textures" and processed through pre-synthesizer tape manipulation. This collaboration between a photographer and a documentary filmmaker is a reworking of the soundtrack to their film of the same name.
