CONDITION - The record / album is in EX+ shape; and with a good deep cleaning on machine could easily be Near Mint, gorgeous record. The Cover is fine with only typical wear from age and use and a small stain along bottom right front corner, otherwise fine shape and sleeve is new plain white. Please see pictures.
