We found hundreds of albums in the basement of the house we bought. We are not collectors and know nothing about them. I have nothing to play it on but visually the vinyl looks in excellent condition. I asked somebody to listen to it for me and he said he would rate it as VG +.

It has been sitting around the basement untouched for decades.  You can tell it has been gently handled but because it had been setting around untouched for decades you will want to clean it in your preferred method. The jacket is in good condition too, solid & shiny, but showing a little edge fraying from shelf wear and only a little dirty from age.
