RECORD CONDITION: NEAR MINT (played once to check and then put away for the collection)

COVER CONDITION: VERY GOOD+  (there's a 2" seam-split at the top of the plastic sleeve - otherwise fine)

NB.  The record will be shipped as a 12" single as it fills a 12" sleeve and has an unusual shape!

*All of the records I list come from my personal collection of vinyl I have accumulated over 35 years, either from new or bought from friends/acquaintances/record fairs.  I'm not a trader, just a music fan so I'll try and give as accurate descriptions of quality as possible - I have no intention of ripping anyone off!  Many of these albums havent been played for 20 years but have ALL BEEN CLEANED WITH THE KNOSTI DISCO-ANTISTAT CLEANER prior to sale and have been stored carefully, upright, in large boxes in previous years.  They were lovingly treated in the era when I did play my vinyl on a regular basis.

I use the basics of Record Collector's Rare Record Prices Guide grading as the the system employed in the condition-grading of vinyl records offered for auction.
