Second pressing on the black and yellow Parlophone label carrying "Dominion. Belinda" publishing credit on the label for the track "Money", underexposed front cover photo, perimeter lettering beginning "The Parlophone...", "Recording First Published 1963" above left side-indicating cipher, "You Really Gotta [instead of: Got A] Hold On Me" mis-spelled on rear cover but spelled correctly on label.
All records are graded to the Record Collector Guidelines, with extra information added as required when play tested. Also all photos above are of the exact record you will receive if successful.
This record is in excellent+ condition. It has just a few light spindle marks visible on the labels and no pen marks, scuffs, fading or any other damage. The centres are not loose and overall the labels are in great shape.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are remarkably clean with just a couple of very light lines visible and nothing remotely serious on either side. There are a few more light wispy lines evident when viewed under bright white light but not many at all and of course nothing remotely sinister. The record has no scuffs or blemishes, has a beautiful lustre and is in remarkable condition for its age.
I play tested the record and it plays near perfectly. It lays flat, there is only an extremely slight amount of upward movement in the record arm and the sound produced is superb. Its really clear, full of definition and has next to no surface noise or interference audible. There is only a trace of static in the run in and between tracks and there are of course no skips, sticks, clicks or pops. Its an audio experience of very high quality and was a pleasure to play test such a classic album in such superb condition.
The sleeve is in very good condition. It has slight wear to the edges and corners(pics), but the writing along the spine is clearly legible. There are of course no splits anywhere and the edge wear is very mild, but there is a little wear to the front bottom right corner which is the worst of it. Other than the mild edge wear its main issue is that it has a strange 'mottling' or creasing to the laminated front. This covers the entire front and there are also some other slightly larger creases but nothing horrific. It is mainly just this strange 'mottling' or 'bubbling' throughout. On the other side there is some age related grubbiness and also 4 sets or small circular pen marks. So overall a strong sleeve with no really major issues but also some strange superficial ones which have of course lowered the grading.
It contains its original 'Use Emitex' poly-lined inner in excellent condition. This has no splits, tears or pen marks and only very slight creasing, discolouring and ring marks.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
