These
records are in very good+ condition. All four labels do have
spindle marks visible and some light wear/scuffing around the centre holes. Despite this the centres are not loose and overall the labels are pretty decent with their push out centres firmly in place. There is however very faint pen marks('Tony' written in biro) on sides 2 and 3. These are luckily hard to see and so although not ideal are not hugely noticable. So the labels are not pristine but also have no really serious issues and are pretty decent overall.
As
for the vinyl itself, all four sides are free from anything deep or remotely serious and have just a few odd light surface lines visible
in normal light. They are both in a similar condition with a lovely gloss and nothing at all major showing bar a few minor light lines as I say. When viewed under very bright light but there is again nothing serious, but there are more light wispy lines evident. There are no
nasty scuffs, marks or blemishes and overall they very clean for their age and have a lovely vivid gloss.
I play tested both records and they played well with minimal interference and good quality audio. However there is some upward arm movement noticable on all four side and so there is a fraction of warping to each record. Sides 1 and 2 has just a little noticable whilst sides 3 and 4 is more pronounced. Neither records arm movement or 'bobbing' is at a level to cause issues to the audio but it is visually noticable. If you want to see a video of the records playing to gauge the degree of movement for yourself then just ask and I can supply this. Other than the slight visual issue of the arm movement the audio has no issues. There is a little surface noise in the run in and between tracks but very little in the actual audio. The vast majority is crsip, clear and defined with little to no distortion caused by regular use. Overall two very clean records that sound great but have the arm movement and so cant grade higher.
The iconic sleeve and booklet is in excellent condition. It has a little wear to the edges and corners(pics), but there is nothing drastic and no splits or major issues. There is no major issues with creasing or ring marks and overall the front and back appear clean and bright. There is however a small pen mark to the left of the catalogue number on the rear. Inside the 28 page booklet(with blue lyrics pages) is firmly in place and has no major issues such as tears or missing pages. It has just a hint of grubbyness in parts but overall it is clean, crisp, bright and strong/firmly attached. Overall the booklet/sleeve is in great shape with just minor age related issues and the small pen mark to report. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much informarion on its condition as possible.
It contains both its original 'wavy top' plain white inners which are in a similar very good+ condition. Both have some creasing and ring marks but are solid with no tears, splits or pen marks.
