I have been buying and selling records for over 30 years (had an antique booth, sold in a record store and sold on line, where I sold several thousand records), but am now downsizing and have sold all my 78 and 45 RPM records and a large share of the LPs in my collection.  What I have left and am now selling are the more rare records, mostly first pressings, and in VG+ to NM condition.

I grade conservatively on the side of the buyer by Goldmine standards and all the remaining records I have are at least VG+ (VG++ compared to others I have bought on e-bay).  I have not played this record recently, but it should play excellent. If it doesn't play to your satisfaction or you are not completely happy with my grading, please return it within 7 days for a refund. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION THOROUGHLY BEFORE BIDDING.  WE AIM TO PLEASE EVERYONE!

Record grades:

sealed:Original plastic seal still intact, so record is unplayed. Could refer to shrink-wrap on outer jacket, or to inner plastic sleeve some companies sealed.

mint: I consider sealed as this grade.

near mint: Close to new condition. Vinyl surface is shiny. Disc appears to have been rarely, if ever, played. No scratches or obvious marks.

vg++: (very good plus plus) Played, but well cared for. Vinyl surface is shiny. May show minor evidence of use (for example, a small mark here or there), but nothing that would upset most people who aren't mint fanatics.

vg+:(very good plus - also known as 'excellent') Disc may show a few scuffs or surface scratches, but nothing too serious. Disc may have begun to lose a little of its shine. Still in above-average condition and very enjoyable.

This album of five long-playing records presents a collection of Benny Goodman performances produced in 1956 on RCA Victor label number LPT-6703.  It is in a white vinyl binder with a bound-in 10 page booklet describing the evolution of the "King of Swing".

It is a collector's issue limited edition with Number Y 532 on the inside cover page.

Record Jacket grade: VERY GOOD ++ : Nice color, no splits or tears, no creases, very little edge wear, no writing, it does have some age browning on the outside edges of both the front and back cover; otherwise almost like new.

Record grade:  NEAR MINT: Brilliant shine, no scratches, no scuffs; just like new in their original sleeves.

IT IS A GREAT COLLECTION!
