Brand new and factory sealed. The front bottom has an approximate 4.5 inch vertical tear in the plastic and approximately 4.5 inches horizontally which of course can be seen from the back as well. There are a couple of small crease lines on the back upper left corner and a very small part of the plastic is off at the top of the top right corner when viewing from the front. Hype sticker is on the front.
