This is Blue Note Records BLP 1577, John Coltrane Blue Train, a blue and white, microgroove, NY USA label, mono issue of this classic record with RVG and the ear (p) mark stamped in the dead wax. The record is in Near Mint condition, showing no signs of wear and playing quietly throughout. The glossy cover, with the 43 West 61st St., New York 23 address and blank spine is excellent and intact. The labels show no spindle marks. A thumbnail inner sleeve is included. This is a superb collector's grade copy of this beautiful early mono Blue Note. In fact, it is the nicest copy I have ever seen.
