Here is a RARE vintage album from my collection offered up for sale:  This is a RARE ORIGINAL 1961 Lp!  Roy Orbison "Rock House",This is the First SUN records album release on SUN 1260 MONO, Straight from Memphis Tennessee, the record company that gave the world  Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and many great R&B artists. This first ever album from the outstanding Roy Orbison features "Ooby Dooby", "Devil doll", It's too late"(this track was also featured on Buddy Holly's first album),"Trying to get to you" (Elvis covered this tune too!)  "Problem child", Mean little mama" and more. Up to $600 Goldmine book value!!
The vinyl rates VG+,close to EX,  is super clean and glossy, some light marks but nothing heavy! , looks minimally played! Play tested and plays excellent from start to finish! Still great sound after 60 years!! The first press MICROGROOVE Sun labels are in excellent condition!! 
The cover rates VG+, close to EX, is clean and bright with nice gloss, no ring wear, seams excellent, no splits, no tape, only flaw is it has a tiny discoloration spot in upper rear corner, NO corner bumps/bends, no signatures or writing. ( see all photos) 
Will be shipped in plastic sleeve in a record mailing box with tracking. Vinyl will shipped in the sleeve outside the cover to prevent splits.
