It is not a white promo and it does not have a promo label on the cover. It does say distributed by Janus records NY,NY. It also has Canadian Ltd in the runouts. In addition WB 2007 is on labels,

Cover/Sleeve has Spot on back cover -left corner that is the result of sticker removal.Front cover is clean, very slight ring wear-top and bottom only. Edges have very minimal abrasions or scuffs.
