This is the original RVG-stamped deep-groove pressing of Steve Lacy “Soprano Sax” on the West 50th St. labels of Prestige PRLP 7125. The playing surface is in near-new condition; inaudible swirls from a substitute inner sleeve (the previous owner didn’t trust glassine inner sleeves). The laminated West 50th St. cover is in excellent condition – bright and clean throughout; timings written next to the song titles on the back slick; 1/8” wear on the bottom seam, at the opening. Original glassine inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Wynton Kelly, Buell Neidlinger, and Dennis Charles. $250.00.
