Simon & Garfunkel "Sounds of Silence".  Columbia; CS9269

I make no special claims with the Albums and Records that Iam selling.  These items have been in my possession for decades in mostinstances, and have been cared for as best they could.  A few of the AlbumCovers and Sleeves have some damage, which I will note individually in theirdescriptions, but I will tell you that all of these Albums and Records havebeen used, and therefore, the covers do show some wear.  None are plasticor cellophane wrapped, but I will wrap them for shipment.

The Albums themselves, the Vinyl, in almost every case - is in absolutelyexcellent condition.  They all need a good cleaning, because I have notdone that in some time, but they are all (for the most part) in theirappropriate sleeves and jackets, and have been maintained in an idealatmosphere (Temperature, Moisture Control, etc).

I will not play these albums or records though, to offer any otherappraisal.  Some of these items belong to my wife, (such as ALL of TheBeatles Albums), and I do not care to listen to her music choices again,(ESPECIALLY The Beatles)...  In this regard, it's "What you see iswhat you get"...  The photographs offer evidence as to the conditionof these Albums and Records, so please study the photographs.  Nothing ishidden that needs to be revealed.

If you are looking at one of my 45’s at auction, I mustconfess that these records have been played – and like most 45’s, they showtheir wear.  I have not cleaned theserecords in a very long time, so they need a good cleaning.  Most of the 45’s do not have their sleeves;they’ve been kept in the Carrier that I am also selling.  In that regard, they have been properlystored – not rubbing against each other. But they have been used! Many also have scotch tape numbers – for filing– or the tape and number has fallen off, leaving their mark.  Sorry about that, but we all did that backwhen we were young…  The records are whatthey are though, and I know a lot of people are going to enjoy owning theserecords…

If you seek further information, please feel free to send your questions. I will do the best I can to answer those questions.  I see many instances, online, where people note things like, "First Printing", or othersuch distinctive comments - and to be perfectly honest, I have not done this, nor will I.  For the most part, I haven't a clue as to where to look forsuch things, so if your question evolves around that sort of data - then tellme specifically where to look to obtain the answer.  If you work with me,I'll certainly work with you!  And Yes, Iwill consolidate shipments.

Thank you for shopping in my store, and for your interest in these Albums andRecords...  I appreciate the visit!

Sincerely,
larry
