The vinyl is at the very least Good to Very Good on the A side and Very Good+ on the B side.

I have just played it and it does not click, stick or jump. No warping.
It plays perfectly, with a very light crackle only really noticeable in one quiet section on side 2 and in the run-in and run-out grooves. It has the usual scuffs and hairlines and there is one sizeable (not deep) scratch on the A side (see photo), but this does not sound at all on my record player.

The cover is worn on two sides and has a two inch split on the side and a second one inch split on the bottom, caused by almost 50 years of wear and tear. The Name Sumner has been hand written on the top / back of cover

I would decribe the cover conservatively as Good to Very Good

Labels have the usual quantity of spindle marks and the owner has used a red felt tip pen to highlight the silver words The Beatles and the titles of the tracks no doubt to identify their single from thoose of their friends. The pink marks are feint and not intrusive and can just be made out in the photographs.

SORRY FOR THE QUALITY OF THE PHOTOS. LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT TO SEE MORE PHOTOS.

StrictlyGraded Using RECORD COLLECTOR Grading System

Grading System: I have used RecordCollector magazine set of standards for the condition of second-hand records, Ihave added a (+) or (-) to my gradings where applicable.
MINT:  The record itself isin brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are inperfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

(NOTE: As far as I am concernedMINT will almost never apply to second hand vinyl records).

EXCELLENT:  The record shows somesigns of having been played, but there is very little lessening in soundquality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD:  The record hasobviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in soundquality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, isacceptable.

GOOD:  The record has beenplayed so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps withsome distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR:  The record is stilljust playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerablesurface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stainedand/or defaced.

POOR:  The record will notplay properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contentswill be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD:  The record isunplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

I try to grade all records in accordance with the Rare Record Price Guide(see above). However if you feel I have graded your record incorrectly pleaseemail me ASAP so we can resolve the problem amicably.
