Here are TWO EXCELLENT vintage Capitol albums from my collection offered up for auction: Superb STEREO pressings of The Beatles "Sgt Peppers" and a 1969 pressing of "Revolver", both in very well cared for condition, look minimally played !  First, "Sgt Peppers" was originally released by Capitol records, on 8/8/1967, this is a purple label 1978 pressing SMAS 2653 Stereo (no insert). The gatefold cover rates NEAR MINT, has bright color, is clean, no splits, no tape, all edges and corners super, binder NM and readable, only flaw is some edge wear on top inside gatefold (looks like from storage), no signatures or writing and no ringwear, all lyrics readable, beautiful! (see photos) This record grades EX, close to NEAR MINT, is beautiful, super clean and glossy, only a couple of very faint marks that does not effect play! This record has been PLAY TESTED, plays GREAT from start to finish with excellent sound quality, clear and quiet, minimal surface noise and a very enjoyable listen!

PLUS: "Revolver" was originally released by Capitol records, on 8/8/1966, this is a green label 1969 pressing SW 2576 Stereo. Songs include: "Taxman, Eleanor Rigby, Here there and Everywhere, Yellow Submarine, Good Day Sunshine" and more! The cover rates EX, has bright white, deep solid black, is clean, tiny center split at bottom has been neatly repaired with non-yellowing tape, small signature on bottom front and lines in title on back (see photos, unnoticeable), all edges solid, binder EX and readable, no ringwear, beautiful! (see photos) This record grades EX close to NEAR MINT, is beautiful, super clean and glossy, only a couple of very faint marks that does not effect play!  This record has been PLAY TESTED, plays GREAT from start to finish with excellent sound quality, clear and quiet, minimal surface noise and a very enjoyable listen!
