Here is a CLASSIC album from my collection offered up for auction: An ORIGINAL 1972 Lp by Neil Young "Harvest", first pressing with blotter paper cover, in very well cared for condition, vinyl looks rarely played, cover in shrink! Released in 1972 by Reprise records MS 2032 STEREO. This beautiful original first pressing has "LH" hand etched and "STERLING" stamped in the deadwax (this is Leo Hulka's initials, who was the chief engineer for Sterling Studios! Cool!) Classic songs on this album: Out On The Weekend, Harvest, A Man Needs A Maid, Heart Of Gold, Are You Ready For The Country, Old Man, There's A World, Alabama, The Needle And The Damage Done an Words (between the lines of age). The rigid vinyl grades a STRONG EX, close to NEAR MINT, looks rarely played, is beautiful, clean and super glossy, only a faint sleeve mark or two that do not affect play! This record has been PLAY TESTED! Plays GREAT from start to finish with excellent sound quality, clear audio, minimal surface noise! The orange Reprise labels are bright and clean, almost no spindle wear! The gatefold cover easily rates NEAR MINT, GATEFOLD UNOPENED, is on the original heavyweight blotter paper, shrink wrap still attached on three sides, is clean, no stains, no age discoloration, all edges and corners NM, no splits, (none of the wear that is characteristic of blotter paper covers), no tape, no signatures, binder edge still in shrink (NM & readable), a beautiful cover!
