Visual grading : record is Fair much used with lots of surface marks on both sides and a few more evident feelable.  
Playing grading : plays Fair to Fair+ as usual with this 50's heavy vinyl, the record plays better than it looks expecially on side 1. Of course has evident background noise, crackling and repeated cliks more audible on side 2. Actually the first track of side 2 has a jump and is the worst part of the record 
Cover grading : cover is VG- has splitted spine on top, bottom and center for about half of total. On bottom right corner has a short seam split about cm.1 (less than 1" inch). Some rubbing on back    I usually don't sell record under avarage condition but this one is such a good rare album. Maybe someone else may appreciate it despite its faults.
