For sale is a rare 78 rpm record of Carl Perkins' "Blue Suede Shoes" on Sun Records #234, in an acrylic shadow box frame. The flip side of the record would be "Honey Don't".
This record, in its clear case/frame, is just as I received it some years ago from a family friend. I've never opened it, so I don't know the condition of the record other than by appearance looking through the covering. The case itself has multiple scuffs and scratches from being stored flat on a shelf with other items on top of it, but it has protected the record. There look to be a few scuffs on the record, but I can't tell much without opening the case/frame, which I hadn't planned on doing.
If I were going to keep it, I'd either try to buff the clear acrylic, like I've seen some people on YouTube do with acrylic aquariums, or replace the shadow box frame completely. But this is about the record... a Sun 78, rock-and-roll history!
