This is the original Van Gelder-stamped mono pressing of Larry Young “Of Love and Peace” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BLP 4242. The playing surface is MINT, with a high luster; perhaps played once. Similarly, the New York 23 cover is bright and clean throughout, with “Audition Copy” stamped on the back slick; ¼” split on the top seam, at the opening. Illustrated inner sleeve is included.
Personnel include Eddie Gale, James Spaulding, Herbie Morgan, Wilson Moorman, and Jerry Thomas.
