The NEIL YOUNG classic album "After The Gold Rush" was released in 1970 on Reprise Records. This copy if from the first pressing and is in excellent condition. It comes with the original lyrics poster which is in like new condition. Both the gatefold album cover and vinyl disc are VG+ which is as high as I grade vintage vinyl. The front cover does have some minimal shelf wear near the bottom as can be seen in the pictures.
CSNY's Steve Stills is a special guest on the album. Nils Lofgren sings and plays piano. Among the hit tracks are "Southern Man," "Only Love Can Break Your Heart," and "Don't Let It Bring You Down."
In addition to its original packaging, this album will come with a high quality Anti-Static Round Bottom Sleeve to hold the vinyl disc and a sturdy 3 mil. polyethylene Archival Quality Outer Sleeve.
Free shipping is included in the special corrugated album mailer seen in the last two pictures.
This vintage 12" vinyl album has been sitting upright on a shelf in climate controlled storage for the past 50 years. It has not been played in decades other than a quick test spin for this sale which found no skips or obvious flaws. Like all used records it should be cleaned with an anti-static brush to minimize the occasional pops that are part of playing vinyl albums. Buyers should note that this is a well-cared for but used record and it will have some minor imperfections.
