This is a 2 LP radio program celebrating the 20th anniversary of the release of the Beatles' "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band." It includes many interviews with not only the four Beatles, but many rock celebrities that remember the release of that record breaking album in 1967.
Also included is a cover letter to radio stations from MJI Broadcasting Group and rundown sheets for DJs of timings of breaks and listings of national sponsors. As was the ususal case, radio stations were advised to destroy these discs after braodcasting, but a few of these programs still exist. Fairly RARE!
This unique recording has been in my Beatles' collection since early 1973.
