This is the Van Gelder-stamped mono “P”-pressing of Johnny Coles “Little Johnny C” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BLP 4144. Other than very light inaudible storage splotching, the playing surface is in new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The laminated New York USA cover is in new condition with sharp corners and unworn seams – clean, bright, and immaculate throughout - except for small writing next to the song titles on the back slick; “Review Copy” stamped at the upper left corner. Blue Note inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Leo Wright, Joe Henderson, Duke Pearson, Bob Cranshaw, and Pete LaRoca. $500.00.
