HERBIE HANCOCK "Maiden Voyage" Blue Note 4195, P, RVG, Mono Vinyl This is the first edition, 1965, "Van Gelder" stamped, Deep Groove, "P"-pressing of HERBIE HANCOCK's "Maiden Voyage" on the "New York USA" labels of Blue Note BLP 4195. Musicians include Herbie Hancock, Freddie Hubbard, George Coleman, Ron Carter, Tony Williams. VINYL plays with MEDIUM  to HIGH level surface noise (i.e, static, crackle, 静的,うるさい,relative to the volume of the music/instruments), with occasional pops and ticks. Ensemble sections are dynamic and strong. No Skips. No locked grooves. No distortion. Vinyl surface is worn. Many hairline marks, handful feelable.  The Deep Groove (one side) "New York USA" labels show wear and with spindle marks. See photos. COVER is in good condition, shows wear, aging.  Corners worn.  Top Seam: cracking; Spine: worn, but clean; bottom seam: taped end to end. "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 43 West 61st St., New York 23" back jacket shows wear, dirt, writing, stains. Please see photos.     This LP was play-tested on a high-end audio system.
