HANK MOBLEY “Workout” Blue Note RVG, BLP 4080 Mono Vinyl This is the Laminated, “RVG” stamped pressing of HANK MOBLEY’s “Workout” on the "New York/47 West 63rd” labels of Blue Note BLP 4080. Musicians include Hank Mobley — tenor saxophone, Grant Green — guitar, Wynton Kelly — piano, Paul Chambers — bass, Philly Joe Jones — drums. VINYL plays with consistent low- to medium level surface noise (i.e, crackle, static, 静的 or うるさい, relative to the volume of the music/instruments), with occasional pops and ticks. But ensemble sections are very clear, dynamic and strong with clean transients, and full tone. No distortion. Good gloss. Many hairline marks; handful feelable. Locked grove end of #1, Side 1.  The “New York/47 West 63rd” labels are clean, spindle marks. See photos. LAMINATED COVER is in EXCELLENT shape. Corners worn. Seams and spine perfect. “BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 43 West 61st St., New York 23” back jacket nearly perfect. “DJ Copy” stamp, red marker writing.  Please see photos.
