This is the Deep Groove, "RVG" etched, Laminated Cover, "P" pressing of JIMMY SMITH’s "A Date With Jimmy Smith, Volume 2" on the "47 West 63rd New York 23" labels of Blue Note BLP 1548. Musicians include Smith, Eddie McFadden, Hank Mobley, Donald Byrd, Lou Donaldson, Art Blakey.

This VINYL plays with consistent light to medium level surface noise (i.e, static, 静的 or うるさい , relative to the volume of the music/instruments) with pops and ticks. Instruments are dynamic, strong and present with clear transients, powerful extension and full tone. No distortion. No skips. Many hairline marks and scuffs, several feelable. See photos.
