Cook Laboratories 12-inch 33 RPM LP # 1134 is "O Violao de Luiz Bonfa", featuring the solo guitar of Luiz Bonfa, also titled "Luiz Bonfa, Guitar of Brazil" on the labels. It is undated and was recorded in Rio de Janeiro. 
The record looks to be in about VG to VG+ condition, still nice and shiny, but with some visible surface scuffs and scratches. It plays through fine on my Audio-Technica turntable, with no skips or jumps, but quite honestly a bit more background noise than I'd have expected, including some general light background hiss as well as some occasional clicks and pops and ticking. Maybe it just needs a good cleaning, or maybe it's just that the music is recorded at a lighter level than other records I've played recently. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well it will play on your equipment.
The cover is in solid and functional condition, with the seams all intact and just typical light surface rubbing and edge wear, and it comes with a clear plastic inner sleeve.
