This lot contains six 10-inch 78 RPM records by Hawkshaw Hawkins, all on the King label. In the order shown in the pictures, they are: 

King No. 876 -- "That's All She Wrote" and "Yesterday's Kisses"

King No. 776 -- "All Because of My Jealous Heart" and "Life Lost Its Color (When I Lost My Love)"

King No. 997 -- "Sunny Side of the Mountain" and "Blue Skies in Your Eyes"

King No. 1174 -- "The Life Story of Hank Williams" and "Picking Sweethearts"

King No. 625 -- "Moonlight on My Cabin" and "Heart Weary and Blue"

King No. 756 -- "Somebody Lied" and "Memories Always Linger on."

For the most part, they look to be in about VG+ or better condition, still beautifully shiny, and with very little visible surface wear overall. All 12 sides play through without jumping or repeating on my Audio-Technica turntable, and mostly with just lightly audible background noise, but there are a few specific scuffs and scratches that cause occasional clicks or ticking. Most alarming of all, however, King No. 625 has not one, but two, hairline cracks, both of which produce audible light ticking across most of each side. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well they will play on your equipment.
