Sleeve has tiny bit of storage wear - Ex++

LPs themselves - Sides 1, 2, and 4 are as near mint as makes no difference. 

Side 3, however, does have a fair sized scuff mark on it.

Happily, I played side 3 this afternoon and I can report that save for a few quiet clicks [lasting maybe twenty secs or so] the scuff does not affect play.

I had forgotten just how powerful this LP sounds.
