NOTE: I picked this up a few months ago directly from the couple who made this record, Marsha and Jon Zazula!!!! This is from their home, they had a few huge yard sales in May and August. They are done selling now.
The cover has very light wear and remains in very good plus condition. The vinyl is in near mint minus condition, could use a cleaning, but has very light visible wear. Tested and sounds great!!
