Condition is "Used".From a collection of metal and Hair Metal.. maybe played a couple times , the record and sleeve look like new .This copy is still in the original shrink with original price tag and hype sticker.All corners are very good and no seam splits on any sides .No wear to cover front or back, lower left corner has slight dent , barely visible with the shrink on the front you can see under light on the back , but I still call it NM-, not quite perfect ( there’s no such thing even new). The records are also NM- , I call it about as good as new, not hardly any sign of spindle wear. The inner sleeves also look great no splits or tears. Probably he nicest copyi have ever seen. This will be cleaned on a VPI 16.5 record cleaner, records outside the original sleeve to avoid damage.See all the photos if you have questions.. the deadwax is hand written ST-E-60812-A(to D)- DMM-1 and MASTERDISK.
