I have come across a collection of records that defy time.
They belonged to a collector who was buying in the mid to late 60's through the 70's and 80's
However his family have said that he didn't own a record player until the mid 80's.
Very strange I know, but what it means is that the early records have in most cases never been played or at the most one play.
Naturally people's tastes in music change and that's why the 80's albums have had more play than the 60's
There are some incredible records in this collection
I aim to release one per day and will list them at 8pm UK time so that they don't get confused with my other listings
I will also be test playing each record prior to listing . My very very careful test play will go undetected however

THE RECORDS
THE LABELS
THE BLACK AND SILVER LABELS ARE IN SUPERB ORIGINAL CONDITION. THE COLOURS ARE UNFADED OR UNRUBBED, AND EVERY LETTER OF THE TYPEFACE IS PERFECTLY LEGIBLE. THE COLOURS STRETCH INTO THE UNWORN SPINDLE HOLE.
I CAN'T EVEN SEE ANY MORE THAN TWO TINY SPIDER LINES CLOSE TO THE SPINDLE HOLE SHOWING JUST WHY THIS ALBUM IS IN THE SUPERB CONDITION THAT IT IS
THERE IS ALSO SOME RESIDUAL VINYL INSIDE THE SPINDLE HOLE
THE VINYL
THE VINYL GLEAMS LIKE NEW WITH AN ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS SHEEN, AND LOOKS TOTALLY MINT
AND EVEN WHEN PLACED UNDER INTENSE ILLUMINATION THERE IS NOTHING VISIBLE
A PERFECT MINT EXAMPLE
PLAYING THE RECORD
A TRUE FIRST PRESS PERFORMANCE WITH A STEREO REPRODUCTION THAT IS JUST MAGNIFICENT. SILENT RUN IN'S AND LINKING GROOVES LEADING TO PERFECT SOUND PLAYED WITHOUT DISTORTION THUS NO GROOVE WEAR.
THE RECORD PLAYS TO NEAR PERFECTION
THE FIRST THING TO MENTION IS THE TOTAL LACK OF EMBEDDED VINYL NOISE
NO DISTORTION TO THE SOUND, MEANING NO GROOVE WEAR
NO BACKGROUND CRACKLE, NO CLICKS OR STICK OR JUMPS
I ONLY HEARD A COUPLE OF SPECKS OF STATIC IN THE RUN IN TO EACH SIDE
NO DUST POPS THROUGH THE WHOLE PLAYTHROUGH
THE LP PLAYS MAGNIFICENTLY ALL THE WAY THROUGH AND WOULD GRACE ANY COLLECTION
I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO GRADE THIS PLAYTHROUGH AND VINYL CONDITION AS MINT MINUS
THE SLEEVE
NON LAMINATED SINGLE SLEEVE
THE FRONT SURFACE IS FLAT AND CLEAN AND THE COLOURS ARE RETAINED AND CLEAN
THERE IS A LIGHT SHADOW OF HANDLING TO THE WHITE EDGES
THERE IS ALSO A STICKER IN THE TOP RIGHT CORNER FROM THE NUMBERING SYSYEM USED BACK IN THE DAY
WILL COME OFF WITH SOME CARE AND ATTENTION IF REQUIRED
THE FOUR CORNERS ARE STILL SHARP AND SQUARE AND THERE IS NO RING WEAR OR RECORD SHAPE
THERE ARE FOUR SMALL PRESSURE LINES NEXT TO THE SPINE, NONE ALONG THE TOP EDGE, NONE ALONG THE BOTTOM EDGE AND ONE THUMB LINE NEAR THE OPENING EDGE
THE TOP EDGE IS NEAR PRISTINE WITH ALL OF THE WHITE SURFACE RUNNING ALONG WITH JUST A PIN PRICK OF RUB TO THE CORNER TIPS
. THE BOTTOM EDGE IS AS PERFECT. ONE SPECK OF RUB ON THE RIGHT TIP END
THE SPINE IS FLAT , LIGHTLY SPOILED WITH PERFECT TYPEFACE AND A LITTLE RUB TO THE ENDS
THE OPENING EDGE IS STILL VERY SHARP
THE REAR SURFACE HAS PERFECTLY ADHERED FLIPBACKS.
THE WHITE SURFACE HAS AGED VERY MILDLY AND THERE IS SOME HANDLING EVIDENCE ON THE EDGES
THIS SLEEVE GRADES EX+
GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BID IF YOU CHOSE TO GO FOR IT
