The Item:   MGM / Verve V6-5008 - Stereo Press from what I believe to be a very early run, perhaps considered first press.
Not Deep Groove.
Cover does not have the visible Emerson Torso.
Banana is coming up a bit at top.  See picture: there is a crease or tear, I can’t tell, near bottom of banana.  Displays very nicely.
Rubbing of Banana is minimal.  Color is unfaded and deep.

Technics 1210 and Shure M3D Cartridge used for play grade. 
Vinyl Cleaned on  A VPI HW-17 Vacuum Machine.
All records are placed in new, clean inner sleeves.  All covers are placed in new clean outer sleeves.

Packing: 
Records are removed from their covers. Cover and sleeved record are placed in a quality plastic outer sleeve.  All records are packed between two sturdy corrugated cardboard flats and sealed tight in a corrugated record mailer
